Elevating a Restaurateur’s executive Presence

Project: Thought Leadership Positioning
Collaborators: Design Happy Boutique | Cherrytop Agency

With over 30 years in the industry and three successful concepts under his belt—CHIRINGO, CHIRINGA, and Hotz Coffee—Andy McKoski, a seasoned restaurant brand owner, was ready to tell a bigger story in professional circles.

His goal? Attract new partnerships and investment opportunities through better telling his rich story with 30+ years of experience. Our mission? Translate decades of entrepreneurial and executive experience into a compelling LinkedIn presence that matched his energy and ambition.

Working closely with Andy through a series of strategy sessions and conversations, we helped him dig into his “why.” His infectious enthusiasm, grounded leadership, and vision for community-focused growth made the storytelling easy—it just needed structure.

With our creative partner Design Happy Boutique, we developed a custom LinkedIn banner that visually aligned with his laid-back but purpose-driven style. Then Cherrytop took the lead on the written strategy—highlighting Andy’s decades of press, awards, and career moments to build a rich, thoughtful, and future-facing profile.

One key feature? We didn’t stop at the basics. We dug deep into Andy’s media history, unearthing features, interviews, and write-ups that spotlighted his impact across the Southeast. His page really is a professional highlight reel.

Andy opted to manage his page himself—no ongoing posting or content management. But now, he has the infrastructure to engage, connect, and share his story with confidence and clarity.
