The Goal

Jessie Lynch, a seasoned entrepreneur with Primetime Medical, and her husband Dr. Windrik Lynch, a double board-certified physician with Tallahassee Neurological Center, partnered to open the Tallahassee Wellplex at The Ashley, a newly renovated historic building offering premium medical and wellness spaces.'


They needed a grand opening event that would launch the Wellplex brand with strong community visibility, update their professional marketing presence, and set the foundation for successful leasing.

The Team Approach

This project was a true collaboration between Cherrytop, Proffitt PR, Design Happy Boutique, and Modernmade Photography, working directly with the client.


Through weekly strategy meetings, all partners stayed aligned, developed a full strategy together, and executed seamlessly across every touchpoint.
